First timers or Techno newbies

Lets kick it off by saying that we aren’t a gym we are Technofunc and we get results! 

No need to stress if you’ve never been to a gym before, are a little shy or can’t move freely now– practice makes perfect.  You’ll be hitting those moves and having fun before you know it, after all that’s why you checked us out? 

Technofunc is a high-intensity workout where your heart rate will increase, you burn a whole bunch of calories ( up to 1000 in one workout to be exact) through our build or burn program, that has been purpose built to fast track your results in a FUN environment. But, we get it, the hardest part is making it to class! Getting uncomfortable will only make you fitter, faster and stronger and the proof is in the pudding with some of our rock-star goal diggers getting results like these GOAL DIGGERS

Regardless of how many times you’ve been Func’d, nothing will get you to the gym faster than a workout buddy! So grab your best bud and bring them along to calm those nerves.
