Do i have to be fit to start Technofunc?

Absolutely not! You can be a first timer with no experience at all of a fitness fanatic, we can and do cater to all fitness levels. Being able to scale an exercise to make it suit the individuals current fitness level, wants and needs while motivating and guiding you to push just a little extra each class.

Can i suspend or Cancel my membership?

Yes of course. At anytime once you are through your initial trial or minimum term offer period you can suspend for up to 8 weeks in a 12 month calender year. Each year this resets and you have a fresh 8 weeks to use. We also offer a pregnancy and injury suspension so please if this occurs talk to staff in the club.

How Much does a membership cost?

At this current time we only offer a weekly Flexi membership for conveinience and membership flexibility. This is debited weekly through your nominated bank account or debit card.

WHAT TYPE OF WORKOUTS DOES TECHNOFUNC OFFER?

Technofunc offer a diverse range of class categories. The delivery of these is in a group HIIT ( high intensity Interval Training) environment. We range from Standard Progressive Strength to Cardio, Skills Performance Cardio and High intensity Resistance Training.

How do i book in for a class?

Too book in for a class you can do this through the dashboard located on the locations page you wish to visit OR we highly recommend downloading our Technofunc app, to have booking and access to updates, articles and sales at your finger tips.

Will there be a coach there to help guide me through my first class?

There is a coach on the class at all times, every class. IF you are new they will run you through an introduction, then you will watch the workout demonstration and they will guide and support you through your class. They will do this until you feel comfortable!
